This notice explains how your personal data is processed when you fill in the call request form on modilos.com, in accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Personal data we process
- Identity and contact: your name and surname, your phone number and, if provided, your e-mail address.
- Request details: the name of your business or organization, the solution you are interested in, the text describing your needs, and whether you asked for a demo or for information.
- Transaction security: the date and time the form was submitted and connection records (IP address).
Purposes and legal grounds
- To respond to your call request, identify the package that fits your needs and plan the opening of your demo account — preparation for a contract at your request (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).
- To prevent misuse of the form and keep our systems secure — legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
- If you have also given your consent, to send you campaigns and news by SMS and e-mail — your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
How we collect your data
Your data is collected electronically through the call request form on our website.
Transfers
Your data is stored on our own servers in Türkiye. It is not shared with third parties other than the SMS and e-mail service providers in Türkiye that we work with to send messages; it may be disclosed to authorized public bodies where a legal obligation arises.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it; to learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate and erasure where the legal conditions are met; to request that these actions be notified to the parties to whom the data was transferred; to object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
